WebDaVinci Flow
What it is
Browser-based campground and RV park reservation and operations software from WebDaVinci, Inc. Flow Core (product pages checked 2026-09-02) covers online and staff-assisted reservations, interactive map-based site selection, nightly and seasonal stays, guest/site/rate/add-on management, scheduled card and ACH payment plans, browser-based POS with registers and receipts, cash/check recording, branded guest booking, and Cost-Recovery Rate Setting. Pricing page (rates last verified by the vendor 2026-08-19) states Flow Core has no separate monthly or per-reservation software fee and no standard setup fee when the park processes electronic payments through WebDaVinci Payments: cards at 3.9% + $0.30; ACH at 1% capped at $10; no minimum processing volume. Cash and checks can be recorded without a WebDaVinci transaction charge. Merchant underwriting is required; hardware, optional services, custom development, and non-standard migration may cost extra. Vendor pages say the product is built and tested inside Kayuta Lake Campground (Forestport, NY area; founder Mark Latture). OTA channel management is not in Flow Core (listed as a planned extension). Standard support is email (FAQ: response within 24 hours).
Who it is for
Independent US campgrounds and RV parks that want one browser stack for reservations, seasonal payment plans, and front-desk POS, and are willing to run card/ACH volume through WebDaVinci Payments instead of paying a separate PMS subscription or per-booking software fee. Strongest conceptual fit for seasonal parks that dislike fixed monthly software bills in the off-season. Less of a fit if you need Campspot-style marketplace demand, live Booking.com/Expedia/Hipcamp channel sync today, self-serve signup without a demo, or a long third-party review trail.
Alternatives
- Park With Us (no fixed monthly subscription; usage-based service fee)
- Premier Campground Management (per-reservation fee model)
- Campground Management (free booking engine + paid marketing tiers)
- Campspot (PMS plus consumer marketplace)
- Firefly Reservations (per-unit booking fee)
- CampLife
- RoverPass
- ResNexus
- Newbook / Storable
- Campground Master (desktop)
Pros
- Public payment-funded price on /pricing (checked 2026-09-02): $0 monthly Flow Core software fee, $0 per-reservation software fee, $0 standard setup — funded via WebDaVinci Payments (3.9% + $0.30 cards; ACH 1% capped at $10).
- Campground-native feature set on vendor pages: map booking, seasonal payment plans, browser POS, branded guest experience — not a generic vacation-rental calendar.
- No monthly software floor during closed months (vendor claim); cost scales with electronic payment volume.
- Public Channel Partner / Content Creator program at /partners (20% first-year commission on converted referrals; tracking link not attached here).
- Vendor dogfooding story is specific: developed inside Kayuta Lake Campground with named staff quotes on the pricing page.
Cons
- Must use WebDaVinci Payments for the $0 Flow Core offer; parks locked into another processor for electronic card/ACH cannot keep that stack and the payment-funded software price.
- Card rate (3.9% + $0.30) is higher than common 2.9% + $0.30 online benchmarks; the vendor’s own $150 example shows $6.15 vs ~$4.65 — the gap is the software funding, not free processing.
- OTA channel management not available in Flow Core yet (FAQ); parks that need Booking.com / marketplace sync should treat that as a gap.
- Early product footprint: almost no independent Capterra/G2/Reddit operator threads found in this pass; testimonials are vendor-hosted from the dogfood park. Founder LinkedIn posts (2026) still describe tightening an MVP.
- No self-serve trial — Flow starts with a demo and park-specific onboarding (~one week after info + merchant approval, per FAQ). Hardware is purchased separately.
