Cloud software for campgrounds and RV parks, sold as Premier Campground Management (PCM) by Stainless Software, Inc. Parks run site inventory on a reservation planner and an imported site map, take guest self-service bookings, run a camp-store POS, assign housekeeping/maintenance tasks, and (on the public Features page) add a guest portal, tablet kiosks, waitlists, utility metering, gift cards, and in-product email campaigns. Stainless has published US and Canada support. Their Pricing page (checked 2026-09-01) lists $2.00 USD per site reservation, a $750 one-time setup fee, and $2.00 per month on stays longer than 30 days; they also state no monthly minimum and no contract. Those figures are vendor list prices, not independently checked invoices. The homepage names parks such as Willow Lake (Ontario), Crazy Horse (Wisconsin), SeaSwell (Maine), Coconut Cove (Wisconsin), and Kamp Dels (Minnesota, described there as 500+ sites). A still-live Woodall’s Campground Magazine piece dates the product to late 2014 and quotes company president Billy Chism.

Pros

Public, simple list price on the Pricing page ($2 per site reservation plus $750 setup; they say empty sites, cancellations, and the off-season do not bill). Easy to model against other per-booking products without a sales call.
